Fabric, Finish and Appearance

Such variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Minor dimensional variations of approximately 1–2 inches may occur due to manufacturing, stitching, finishing, measurement method, folding, packaging, washing, or other production factors.

All prices displayed on the Nivaan Living website are stated in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate. However, technical errors, system errors, typographical errors, or other mistakes may occasionally occur.

If a product is displayed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct the price;

  • Decline to confirm the order;

  • Cancel the order; or

  • Contact you to provide an opportunity to proceed at the correct price.

If payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled because of a pricing or technical error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

 

 

8. Orders and Manual Order Confirmation

Placing an order through the Nivaan Living website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered finally accepted until Nivaan Living confirms the order.

Nivaan Living manually reviews and confirms orders before processing them.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or modify an order before confirmation for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing or technical errors;

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information;

  • Delivery serviceability limitations;

  • Suspected fraud or misuse;

  • Payment or verification issues;

  • Suspected abuse of promotions or discount codes;

  • Other legitimate legal or business reasons.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the circumstances and applicable policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted when placing an order is accurate and complete.

This includes:

  • Delivery address;

  • Pincode;

  • Phone number;

  • Email address;

  • Billing information, where applicable; and

  • Other information required to process your order.

Nivaan Living is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

 

 

10. Payment

Nivaan Living may offer different payment methods, including:

  • Online/prepaid payments;

  • Cash on Delivery (“COD”); and

  • Partial COD, where available.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers.

You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We do not intentionally store complete payment credentials such as full card details where such information is processed directly by third-party payment providers.

Third-party payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

 

 

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable pincodes.

A ₹70 COD processing fee applies to COD orders.

The applicable COD processing fee will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

We may restrict or disable COD availability based on factors including:

  • Delivery pincode;

  • Order value;

  • Product;

  • Customer or order history;

  • Previous refused or returned COD orders;

  • Courier serviceability;

  • Verification results; or

  • Other operational considerations.

We may contact customers to verify certain COD orders before dispatch.

 

 

12. Partial COD

Where available, Partial COD allows a customer to pay a portion of the order amount in advance and the remaining amount upon delivery.

No additional Partial COD processing fee is charged by Nivaan Living.

The applicable advance amount will be displayed at checkout.

If a Partial COD order is returned to us due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including refusal to accept delivery, incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, failure to respond to courier communications, or cancellation after dispatch, the advance amount may be retained towards shipping, return-to-origin, handling, and associated logistics costs.

13. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes

Nivaan Living may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, referral benefits, or other promotional offers.

Each promotion may be subject to specific conditions, including:

  • Validity period;

  • Minimum order value;

  • Eligible products;

  • Customer eligibility;

  • Maximum discount;

  • Usage limits;

  • One-time-use restrictions; or

  • Other conditions stated with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Promotional offers cannot be transferred;

  • Multiple offers may not be combined;

  • Discount codes may not be applied retrospectively to existing orders; and

  • We may withdraw or modify a promotion where reasonably necessary.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where we reasonably believe a promotion has been obtained or used through fraud, technical manipulation, abuse, or violation of its stated conditions.

 

 

14. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic shipping is available across India, subject to courier serviceability.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination pincode, courier availability, and other logistical conditions.

15. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our ability to process the cancellation before the order enters fulfilment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot ordinarily be processed.

If we are able to intercept or arrange the return of a shipment after dispatch, applicable shipping, return-to-origin, handling, or other logistics costs may be deducted from any amount refundable to the customer.

For Partial COD orders, the advance amount may be retained in accordance with the applicable Partial COD terms.

 

 

16. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Replacements

17. Customer Reviews, Photos, Videos and Other Submissions

Customers may have the opportunity to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, feedback, or other content (“Customer Content”).

By submitting Customer Content to Nivaan Living, you confirm that:

  • The content is your own or you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it;

  • The content does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful material; and

  • You have the authority to grant the rights described below.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Nivaan Living a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, edit, distribute, and otherwise use that content for purposes including:

  • Website content;

  • Product reviews;

  • Social media;

  • Advertising;

  • Marketing;

  • Promotional material;

  • Brand communications; and
